Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help us remember your preferences and understand how you use the site so we can improve it.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies — no consent required
- Session: manage your browsing session (duration: session)
- Language preferences: remember your selected language (duration: 1 year)
- Cookie preferences: your choice is kept in your browser's local storage (keys
admeliora_cookies_v1and, if you load a map on its own,admeliora_maps_v1, each with the date of your choice in a key ending in_at) so we do not ask you again. It is kept for up to 24 months, or until you change it or clear the site's data; after that, and whenever this policy changes in a material way, the banner asks you again.
Optional analytics cookies — require your consent
- Google Analytics 4: measures traffic, the actions completed (contact, valuation and
property enquiries, clicks on phone, WhatsApp or email) and user behaviour in aggregate. Helps us
understand which sections are most useful and how to improve the experience. It is loaded through
Google Tag Manager, only if you choose "Accept all". Data is sent to Google LLC (USA) under the
EU–US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
Google Privacy Policy
It sets these cookies, and only after you accept optional cookies:
_ga: tells visitors apart (duration: 2 years)_ga_9YKT8VB7PQ: keeps the state of your visit (duration: 2 years)
- Google Tag Manager: a tag manager that lets us add and change measurement tools. It loads only if you choose "Accept all": until then the site sends no request to Google, so your IP address does not reach Google before you decide. Once loaded, Google receives your IP address and the technical data of the visit. Google Privacy Policy It sets no cookies itself. Any other tool it runs is listed here, with its cookies, before it is activated.
Optional map cookies — require your consent
- OpenStreetMap: used for the interactive property map. It loads only if you choose "Accept all" or press "Load the map" on a map; until then a placeholder is shown and nothing is requested. Map tiles are served by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. No cookies are set, but loading the map transmits your IP address to their servers. OpenStreetMap Privacy Policy
3. Managing your preferences
When you first visit the site a banner lets you choose between "Accept all" and "Only necessary", with the same prominence. Nothing is sent to Google or OpenStreetMap until you choose. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer: withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Going back to "Only necessary" deletes this site's Google cookies and reloads the page.
You can also manage cookies directly in your browser:
