A local story. Guiding international families.

Ad Meliora was founded in Torrevieja to guide international families arriving on the Costa Blanca. More than seven years on, we are still doing the same: a small agency, two native Swedish partners, without commercial pressure.

Founded by Theo Wennerholm and Marco Eriksson, Ad Meliora works with each client directly from the first contact through to handing over the keys. We speak Swedish and English every day.

Our priority is that each person finds the home they actually need — without shortcuts, without opacity, without artificial urgency. If it is not the right property, we say so.

We combine an in-depth knowledge of the Costa Blanca with native bilingual service. Theo and Marco live here; they know the towns, the notaries, and the real timelines of the market.

We guide Swedish, British, German and Nordic buyers and tenants in general. We understand what it means to move to another country: language, NIE, residency, bank account, community, neighbours.

We accompany you through the full process: property selection, viewings, negotiation, legal formalities, notarial signing. No surprises in the deed.

After the purchase we remain available. Residents' committee matters, utilities, recommendations for a plumber or electrician. The relationship does not end at signing.
