What's it like living in Santa Rosalía?

A man-made lagoon 'beach' instead of a natural one, 24-hour gated security, and resort-style amenities (mini-golf, tennis, extensive green space) built in from day one rather than added over decades.

Is Santa Rosalía worth investing in?

No independent Fotocasa price index was found -- as an ongoing new-build development rather than an established resale market, pricing is set directly by the developer and changes with each construction phase. Distinct from every other zone here: brand-new stock, gated security, and a Region of Murcia (not Valencian) tax jurisdiction.
