Los Balcones

A long-established residential area bordering Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, next to the city's main salt lake.

Los Balcones sits 3km south-west of central Torrevieja, right on the border with Orihuela Costa and next to the largest of Torrevieja's salt lakes. Its two planning sectors cover 1,455,750 m2, first approved in 1964 and 1975 -- making it one of the longest-established holiday and second-home areas in the whole province. It has large green spaces and a wide choice of Spanish and international restaurants.
